Workflow Modeler install

Hi All,
I noticed I am getting errors while installing full package on client workstations. It complains about not having INF file for Workflow Modeler. I checked and I have no such file so I tried to create one but then I noticed there is no workflow modeler folder in ...\OneWorld Client Install\ThirdParty.

Where can I download and what are the steps required to install Workflow Modeler?
