Database Migration 9.2.0.7(Sun) to 11.2.0.3(OEL)

Hello,

Source DB: 9.2.0.7 on Sun Sparc Solaris  5.9 -64 Bit
Target: DB : 11.2.0.3 on OEL 8

I would want to migrate the Database from Source to Target via Bi-Directional Mode.
I have gathered the Full DB Check Schema script to know if its viable to perform the Data migration using OGG
Does Oracle Support the usage of OGG in Oracle 9.2.0.7?
What is OGG version that could be used on the source and target ?

I can't install the OGG binaries on the Target due to a security limitation ? - What other possible ways are available to replicate the data from source to target in this scenario?
