unable to find the parameter in RPM 13.2.5

Hi,

I am working in RPM 13.2.5

While opening create promotion screen i am gettin the below error

com.retek.platform.exception.RetekNetworkException: Server connection failed and retries were not
successful .
exception id: null

******************

I checked in metalink and got the note "fatal Exception Error Received When Accessing Retail Price Management (Doc ID 434084.1)" which speaks about the same error .

I need help that how to implement the changes .I check entire weblogic and was not able to find the parameter specified in the metalibnk note.

The below are the parameters which are specified in the note which would resolve the issue .
