Errors while applying patch 15843459

While applying patch 15843459 it runs untill there are 555 jobs left and then gets stuck in  XDOLoader.class jobs and just runs forever .All workers are in a running state for hours and nothing happens
Not much significant activity on the DB side ( when using TOP)

worker indicate the following
