Cycle Count or other approach

Hi,

 We have a main subinventory and now we opened stores(selling locations) where from we sell products, problem is on weekly basis when we check  physical quantities at stores they are always short of 5-10 items.

 I am looking a way to that stores send me there physical stocks at the weekend and I upload it system and then approve or dissapprove the lost items.

 is there any way to do this?
