How to upgrade 11.5.10.2 EBS to R12.1.3?

Hi Experts,
 we are planing to upgarde our EBS suite to R12.1.3.


Present version is : 11.5.10.2 with 11.2.0.3 database.

 which things i have to consider for upgrade?
 what is the process of upgrade?
  Is there any need of functional people for the pre and post upgrade?

Please guide me.
