Both value and ID columns have been supplied for this attribute EDI orders are failing Order Import

Has anyone seen this error message in Order Import: Both value and ID columns have been supplied for this attribute (Attribute:sold_to_org). ID column for this attribute will be used while processing this order.

We have EDI orders failing order import with this error message.
