Dsicoverer to Oracle Application Express

Hello,
I am looking to get away from using Discoverer. Is OAPEX an alternative to writing reports for other users to run and export to Excel? If so, can someone point me in the write direction of how to do this. I already have installed it and am able to login. I just don't see how to create a report that move it to a certain location for other users to see.


Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
