Value interaction with isprompted not working

 Hi,
I have a pivot table on in a dashboard that has value interaction to navigate to another report.  The second report has the 'isprompted' filter on the sales channel, but when I click on the value in the pivot table, it shows the report with the results of all groups rather than the one for the value clicked on.  I have tried this with interaction on both the column and the value.

Any thoughts?
