US PAY: Converting Legacy Payments to EBS Payroll

Recently converted to EBS Payroll.  As part of our conversion from legacy to EBS, we processed employee payments that we not included in the balance conversion to EBS.  What is the recommended process to enter these payments into EBS without impacting the normal pay process?
