Connection to store purchase order system cannot be made at this time

 Hello Everyone,
When I select Store Orders in SIM, I am getting the following error: " Connection to store purchase order system cannot be made at this time".

How to fix this issue?

I have verified all the details provided in the installation. Everything seems to be correct but am getting this error.

Can someone suggest any solution for this ?
