Confirmed Supplier Schedules are not considered by SPSO/ 830 DELFOR file

Hi Here is the issue.Why does my confirmed supplier schedules are not getting considered into the out DELFOR SPSO file. It may get captured into the SPSO in the next scheduled job .

1)ECE_SPSO_EXCLUDE_ZERO_SCHEDULE_FROM is set to YES .And the scheudule has more than 0 demand and forecast for more than one item.

Note: There are coupld of items that has 0 demand, no past due and 0 forecasts. There are items that has only forecasts and there are items that has firm demands as well. What could be the reason the schedules are not picked un in the SPSO.
