Siebel 7.8.2.14 VMware Microsoft Cluster

I'm looking for information, papers, knowledge documents to upgrade our existing Siebel environment running 7.8.2.14 SIA gateway enterprise to new VMware Windows 2003 Microsoft cluster servers.

We are looking to migrate 3 Siebel gateway environments which are currently running Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition SP2 Veritas Clustered on physical servers to new VMware W2K3 E.E SP2 microsoft clustered siebel gateway enterprise servers. They are looking to replace these Siebel environments to new VMware W2K3 SP2 OS platform   replacing veritas Cluster environment to microsoft cluster environment and moving the  Siebel application enterprise will be running on a Virtual VMware environment. Let me know if any configuration or name changes, network changes needed and pros and cons to upgrade to this new configuration.
