eLocation mapping capabilities in Field Service WITHOUT spatial data

Hi Team... I want some help in order to test two things.1- Setup Scheduler to assign a task using ROUTE capabilities without spatial data but eLocation web services and mapping via Google Maps
2- Same thing as No1 but using eLocation web services map inside dispatch center.

So far I have the Google maps capability to map technicians and tasks once assigned but no ROUTE capabilities on Google Maps. I have an SR open in metalink but have not have any luck to get geocoding with eLocation web services.

I have not finished the configuration of the eLocation services for point No2 to use eLocaiton map.
