11i concurrent processing scheduling "On Specific Days"

I will appreciate if you guys could help me with the following question:
On 11.5.10.2 we have the following file versions:
$Header: APPSTAND.fmb 115.35 2008/04/17 08:34 mzasowsk ship
$Header: FNDRSRUN.fmb 115.198 2009/11/09 15:31 jtoruno ship
The current behavior for the scheduling for "Specific Days" is that if
the Date was missed either due to other Jobs in the queue or system
downtime, the job does not run once the date passed, even if
that date was missed. If a job needed to run periodically and run when
it's original schedule was missed you would schedule based on a Period
of time, not on Specific days.
