12.1.3 : Invalid CSICUMPI.pll

 Hi RUSH :This thread will address your following issue 

After apllying the 6678700.drv file  can't generate CSICUMPI.pll .. when tried to manually generate the file

using 

 $ORACLE_HOME/bin/frmcmp_batch module=/u01/oracle/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/CSICUMPI.pll userid=apps/apps output_file=/u01/oracle/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/CSICUMPI.plx module_type=library batch=yes compile_all=special

We see the following on the CSICUMPI.err file .. please advice the fix for this. 

Compilation errors on CSXCUMPI_CP_LANGUAGES:

PL/SQL ERROR 201 at line 5, column 5
