16772118 : 11.5.10.2 : Invalid JL.PLL

This thread will address your following issue 

while applying patch 16772118 ,Got below error .

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource JL.pll
Error from worker log :
RROR generating library "resource/JL.plx" from input file
/EBSDBA/applmgr/shared/appl/au/11.5.0/resource/JL.pll

Results of library generation:
(from file /EBSDBA/applmgr/shared/appl/au/11.5.0/resource/JL.err
AD Worker has deleted the original .err file)

PL/SQL ERROR 201 at line 54, column 2
identifier 'GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE11' must be declared
