Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. PA PreApproved Expenditure Batch: Secure by OU

I have created an attachment for PA Pre-Approved Expenditure Batch. I got it to work but BATCH123 IN OU1 might exist as BATCH123 in OU2

How do I secure the attachments by OU. I tried using $PROFILES$.ORG_ID as a securing attribute and as PK but got an error.
