sourcing rule "make at" option not available in the LOV

Hi All,

I need to setup a "make at" type sourcing rule but the LOV in the sourcing rule just shows "buy from and transfer from". The "make at" option is not available. I researched in Metalink (procurement, manufacturing, etc.) and haven't found any additional reference.
