E1 Job Cost query

Wanted to know from the group if it is possible to split the job cost budgets across periods. For eg assume I have a job spread over 3 years and have arrived at a total job budget. I also have arrived at the estimated amount of spend that I need to incur over the 3 year period. Now is there a way I can monitor the budget at the job level  and also monitor the budget against each year. Thanks.
