ORA-04031: unable to allocate 7240 bytes of shared memory

Hi, We continuously see below errors in alert log file.

recently DB upgraded from 10.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.3 upgrade and move to linux.

Linux system has enough memory. SGA_TARGET set to 6GB.

Let me know what do you suggest on this?
