Create child entity (Service Request + Activity) using Webservices 2.0

Hi All
We are trying to create a service request and associated activity using web services 2.0. Since WSDL of service request 2.0 does not accomidate Activity we are not able to create Service request and activity together, where as the same is possible in webservice 1.0. Could you please recommend what is the best way to implement this in web service 2.0
