iExpenses PCIDSS Compliance

Hi,Can someone please explain how iExpenses can be PCI-DSS compliant, when the credit card number is stored un-encrypted on the IBY_CREDITCARD table in the CCNUMBER field?
I understand how the rest of iExpenses can be compliant by masking the CC number, however with the CC number being visible in one table, how is Oracle claiming they are compliant?
