undo corrupted

Below is the error while opening dtabase

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00376: file 3 cannot be read at this time
ORA-01110: data file 3: '/apps/oracle/lvmbpsq1/data01/u16381h1/ts/ndotbs01.dbf'
Process ID: 19241
Session ID: 142 Serial number: 3

The alert log says undo corruption.Can we recover the corrupted block using recover block command.

The databsase is in mount stage not coming up.
