Unable to view a custom event alert in the application.

Hi,
I created and downloaded an event alert using "alr.lct" from one instance.
I uploaded the event LDT using "alr.lct" in the 2nd instance.

In the 2nd instance, I am not able to view the event alert from the application.
I checked the database. In the ALR_ALERTS table, there is an entry for the custom event alert.
Also the table on which the event has been created is registered against an application.

But I am not able to view from the front end in the 2nd instance.

The 1st instance is on 11i
The 2nd instance is on R12.
