Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

applying patch 9535311 WFRESGEN Running formore than half hour

Hi
We are applying the patch  9535311 in the apps 11i environment with the 10 g database before upgrading the database
this patch is applied as the prerequisite patch for 9835302

but one of the jobs WFRESGEN  is running  more than 30 minutes and in adctrl it show running so please help us on that what is the max time for this patch and there is no log files written also by the worker and adpatch after stat of the particular job

in the worker log it shows as this message and after that log also not updated
