Application of Patch on Database

 Hello,
  I'm getting some ORA-0600 errors in my alretlog file such as

DDE: Problem Key 'ORA 600 [kotcpy:invalid tc]' was completely flood controlled (

0x6)

DDE: Problem Key 'ORA 600 [kotcpy:invalid tc]' was flood controlled (0x6) (incident: 786342)

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kotcpy:invalid tc], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []


While doing a search in metalink, it was suggested to apply patch 12849492. Now before applying the patch ran the following command
opatch prereq CheckConflictAgainstOHWithDetail -phBaseDir ./12849492   and the output is as per the attachment. Can you give an idea on how to manage the conflicting patches.
