mail configurations for instance activities

 Hello experts,

Using this link, I am able to configure for a test mail.  Now how to configure my mail with database availability listener availability, space issue, any ora errors in alert log, instance startup and shutdown etc.  How to move ahead.  Please help me out.  It is bit urgent.
