while running report in pdf arabic Characters are not displaying. Its show the blank filed

Dear All,


I have Installed Arabic language on JD Edwards 9.1 with TR 9.1.3.2 one Linux plat form.

while running report in PDF Arabic Characters are not displaying. Its show the blank filed.

In Application Arabic Fields showing fine.

I use following document(Doc ID 845180.1) for Arabic on Enterprise server on Linux.

  1. The reporting font specified in the application P98980 (Work With Fonts) should be "Albany Trans Arabic"(artro_Albany.ttf) for Arabic language.
     
  2. This Font should also be placed in the following locations:
     
    • ...\system\resource\truetype directory in the Enterprise Server.
    • ...\system\resource\truetype directory in the Client Machine.
    • C:\WINDOWS\Fonts directory in the Client Machine.
