query on the CPU and core of T5-2

Hi
I have to create one zone "Zone 1 with 4 Capped Core"  in T5-2 .


AS per the below table , each physical CPU has 16 cores.Please help what should be value i should put for ncpus for 4 capped core .Is it ncpus=32 ?
