Oracle Project Receiving - Work Pattern

Dear Sir,

As part from our daily work, we are using Microsoft EPM (Enterprise Project Management) integrated with OPM (Oracle Project Management) and we are facing some urgent issues in the integration (seeded integration) specifically in the work pattern assigned to the resources.

For example when we assign TASK to two resources as follows (Resource X >> 2 Hours) and (Resource Y >> 6 Hours) and when trying to send this plan to Oracle PM and receive it again, we got different work pattern for resources (X & Y). We receive them with 8 hours for each and it should be the total hours for both, and this preventing us to receive many project plans and enforce us the do the scheduling outside the Oracle and send it without utilization receiving feature.
