Some Seeded XML Reports are not showing any output

Hi all,
     Some XML Reports in Oracle E-Business Suite are not showing any output.
For example there are two reports in purchasing :1. Buyer's Requisition Actions Required and 2. Buyers Requisition Actions Required(XML).
Both are same but second one is XML Report.
I am able to see the data in the first report. But the XML report is not showing any data (both run with the same parameters).

What is the issue with the XML Report.
