9.1 price list component interface issue

Is anyone using the EOEPPricelist.xls component interface on 9.1? We are getting connect errors and think there is a configuration that we don't know about. Other component interfaces work fine.

Does anyone have any advice or thoughts on this? thanks in advance for your help!
