alter Console URL

A Report can email me with the result. But the URL used is the same as the "Console URL" shown with emctl status omsBut this console URL is not valid.

The error what I get is.

How can I alter the console url?

To be clear: is it not the port that I want changed, but I want to get rid of the port and the https.
