Is there a recommended kvm, keyboard & mouse configuration that works best with Sun Ray 3 DTUs?

We have a weird occurrence that has seen many of our customers' keyboard or mouse not work when switching between systems. We've swapped all hardware and are still getting the sporadic issues. Any advice on where the problem could be?
