Which patch to get EBS 12.0.6 online help translated

Hello all,

 I want to add the French language to the E-business Suite 12.0.6 online help. I found out that the 12.0.6 online is patch 7109200, but I did not find it in French, so I applied patch 5051400. After applying the patch, the help is not translated yet.
Could you please suggest what is the patch to apply to get the online help in French.
