Hi All,
Be aware of error:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [mdcsgetwkt()+111]

After Applying 11.2.0.3 bundle 20,21 or 22 on Windows Platforms

The solution is applying the bundle 23 or rollback to a previous bundle
