Do not see the concurrent request in R12 General Ledger Super User to execute Period Close Exception

I am unable to see the concurrent request Period Close Exception Report or Subledger Period Close Exception Report in the General Ledger module. States can run it as a concurrent request in the Period Close Doc Id 335.1

How do I execute as a stand alone request rather than wiating for it to be spawned when I try to close the period?
