in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are on EBS 12.1.3 ASCP instance with Database 11.2.0.3With ASCP patch level:
Patch 14247039: VCP 12.1.3.8 PATCH,    Compatible With    R12.SCP_PF.B

We are seeing following VIEW  INVALIDS"
MRP_AP_ITEM_CATEGORIES_V
MRP_AP_ITEM_SUBSTITUTES_V
MRP_AP_ITEM_SUPERSESSION_REL_V
MRP_AP_NOCOST_SYSTEM_ITEMS_V
MRP_AP_PO_LOCAL_ASL_V
MRP_AP_SUPPLIER_CAPACITIES_V
MRP_AP_SUPPLIER_FLEX_FENCES_V
MRP_AP_SYS_ITEMS_V
MRP_AP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_V

The above view queris from various tables and on getting more into the same found
following tables of views does not exist.

On compiling we found few of the given OBJECTS DOES NOT EXIST:
