Multiple Row sets for one FSG?

We have recently upgraded from 11i to 12.1.3.  We are working on FSG's for consolidation purposes.  All the companies share the same chart of accounts and calendar, however, some of the accounts map to different rows on the finacial statements (this is the exception not the rule).  I was wondering if there was a way to use multiple row sets for one FSG?

Also, is there a way to copy row sets / column sets from a test instance into production instance?
