Dynamic Assignment

We currently have a process where we import records using EIM into Siebel, we have read that typically we should not import over 100,000 records in a single batch and that 20,000 records is recommended for ongoing jobs.  Our import jobs usually only include 500 - 1000 records.
After the records are imported Dynamic Assignment runs to assign the records to their respective Sales Teams'.  We are curious to know if their is a limit of how many records dynamic assignment can handle at one point.
