How can I get the calculation_date in a subformula?

I need to use the calculation_date with a funciton that I created that is being used in a subformula.

The Calculation_Date is in the INPUTS ARE and RETURN of the main formula.

Using the put_messages it does not appear to be getting the calculation_date

Is this possible?
