Issues with running FSG reports in text format

Hi,

I am on a fresh install of Oracle R12.1.3 and am having problems running and getting an output from FSG's. We are in the process of converting data and need to be able to run FSG reports to validate thee balances. 

We are currently using trial balance to validate numbers for mapping, but need to have FSG reports to review and validate financial statements. 

I do not get an error when I run an FSG report (simple one row with expanding all accounts and a single column) no output is created and the log has the error below

PERF0005: Oracle error detected in get_def_ldgs - ORA-01403: no data found
