Can't reflect update on the version list using MYITADAM id

Hi, all. my customer have created a version in P42565 – A01 with Description: <Print Invoice (SO->RI)**Test**adam> with user ID- MYITADAM, 

But this is not reflected to other user’s view of version(e.g MYITRACHEL). 

 

Then,  he did a change with user-ID: MYITRACHEL on version CASEY001: <Print Invoice (SO->RI)**Test**>, it reflected to ALL user’s view meaning other id works

 

This situation is happened in all kind of program and environment.

Is MYITADAM id corrupted or restricted somewhere in the system?
