11g r2 RAC installation

 Hi,
As per oracle's installation document says, We need 2 users (oracle,grid) and 5 groups(oinstall,dba,asmdba,asmadmin,asmoper) to install and configure 11g r2(11.2.0.3) database?
what is the use of these all groups ?  What is the recommended groups and users for installation?
