rman job fails daily which is running from cron

Hi,

Below are the details and given the error below.Can you please tell us what is the issue and how to fix it.

4> delete noprompt obsolete;
using target database control file instead of recovery catalog
RMAN retention policy will be applied to the command
RMAN retention policy is set to redundancy 3
