Need to prepare the SQL Plan management as a part of UPGRADE from 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.3.

 Hi,
I am in the way of preparing SQL plan management as a part  of UPGRADE from 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.3.  Infact i am not sure of what are the things i need to cover in SQL PLAN management. It would be great help if any inputs related to this given.
