temp error

hi,

Through OEM one job will run and I am getting the below error.

I am aware for the database have only one default temporarary tablespace.As the job is runing from OEM and where it will perform the job,is there any way i can specially dedicate one "TEMP" tablespace to user(i dont think so) who runs the job through OEM.Please share me your thoughs on this how to approach for below error and script to find out the sql which is using temp high.

< ORA-1652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace
        TEMP
< ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 249980
