xxxxxx:Total Organization quantity cannot became negative when there are reservations present

Hi,

We have allow negative balances check box in Organization level and the profile option INV:Override Neg for Backflush ->No at site level.

Sometimes when we do move and completion transactions. the stuck record coming in pending move transactions window with message ' xxxxxx:Total Organization quantity cannot became negative when there are reservations present'..Then when we check the component at reservation window, we are seeing reservation and some times we couldn't find reservation.After resumit the record in pending move transactions window, system backflushing the component as the supply type is assembly pull.

Question:Can we change the profile option (INV:Override Neg for Backflush ->No at site level.) to Yes to get permanent fix.Also we found one patch in MOS and it is already exists in our instance.
