The adjustment is not a cost, salvage value, or production capacity adjustment

I have adjustment on commercial book. the adjustment is change of method. example from 15% to 25%.After that I run Periodic Mass Copy.
And it is completed warning. the error is: The adjustment is not a cost, salvage value, or production capacity adjustment. According to Doc ID 125902.1, I have checked "copy adjustment" on the tax book.
And I have run Periodic Mass Copy and the result is just the same: completed warning,"The adjustment is not a cost, salvage value, or production capacity adjustment"
